MIT's Daniel Nocera has made a new fuel cell that is suppose to be 100 times more efficient than most other designs...the catalyst is cobalt based.

A while back I was into Stan Meyer's system, but Ive since moved on to gas vaporization engines- Meyers is just too iffy for me to spend too much time on. Studying the Pogue and Tom Ogle designs probably will bear fruit, though. imagine cars that get 400 MPG...
