"Wrongfully aiding the enemy" i.e., refusing to pledge loyalty to the Executive

Only the very seriously ignorant can claim that the United States is NOT a semi-fascist state.

With the passage of the Military Commissions Act, native American citizens can now be arrested and held indefinitely without trial. All that it takes is for one to be labeled an "unlawful enemy combatant." Appointed review board-tribunals, designed by the Department of Defense, will do the rubber-stamp labelling. The language of the law is so broad, that most petty crime, like squatting and vandalism, can now be construed as being detrimental to the Executive branches "War on terror," and thus can cause one to be labeled an enemy of the state. The new law allows the use of hearsay evidence, and the accused cannot confront their accusor. The law even 'threatens' the courts to back off and not challenge the legality of the new law... As the administration busily builds new domestic detention centers for the internment of citizens who will soon be deemed 'insufficiently loyal' to the prez..

Almost the entire Bill of Rights has been destroyed, with very little news coverage from the national press. The vote was mainly along party lines-guess which party voted overwhelmingly for this 'enabling act.'

Sub-section 27 of section 950v. of the new law specifically targets domestic bloggers who propagate information 'harmful' to the interests of the U.S. government, allowing such bloggers to be classified as "enemy combatants."
