A better health-care plan:

Employee-employer taxes would fund a private trust fund , like social security once was....from this fund, vouchers would be issued to customers who would choose from a private clinic of their choosing...or their satellites...the vouchers would pay for the treatments at these private hospitals....make the system voluntary...an independent board would oversee these private clinics and make adjustments as needed.
