Ask

Mindfulness...acute awareness of the moment. Knowing your thoughts, emotions and motives. Distinguishing wants and needs from each other, and the difference between the false self and ones true essence. Acknowledging the present, accepting, and not rejecting, emotions-face them, don't bury them.

Reinterpreting the moment-
- on my floor 100 books are scattered in a haphazard manner...on my floor laid out in an asymmetrical manner rests great knowledge.

Happiness cannot be externally based- inner adjustment makes the situation. The body is temporary, the nous endures. The body of the universe can be altered with the intention of God, but once the illusion of separateness is broken, your thoughts can alter the body. How to break the illusion? Mindfulness.

Pick a seldom seen object, spoken word, etc. From now on, when that object or word is encountered, STOP.
